In Spain, the legislation gives an exact definition of what is a small PV rooftop (named Type I.1). The RD 1699/2011 says that small PV rooftop must be located in covered structures or facades of fixed, closed buildings, made from resistant materials, dedicated to residential, service, commercial and industrial use, including those of a agricultural nature. It´s not possible to install legally a small PV rooftop which not complies all the possibilities of this definition.
