Rent a Roof Schemes'

Rent a roof finance models were introduced in 2010 and allow people to have PV panels installed on their roof for free, and to benefit from the free electricity, whilst not owning the panels and not gaining the FiT. The FiT is received by the company that installed the panels on the roof and that is how they finance the arrangement.
