If property is leased or rented check leasehold conditions

There are several issues that need to be considered if the property on which the solar PV systems is to be installed is leased or rented such as: is the landlord's consent needed? Who has responsibility for repairs? What happens at the end of the lease? Are there any additional insurance requirements/premiums and are there any title restrictions to the installed equipment?
